A Printable Disney World Itinerary That's Already Filled In

The short version: most "printable Disney itineraries" are blank templates. You still have to work out the order of the rides, who in your group can ride what, when to eat and when to book Lightning Lane, then write it all in. A filled-in itinerary gives you the finished day on one page: the meet time, each ride in order, who splits off where, the regroup spot, and the bookings to make.

You can download a free filled-in sample (a made-up family of six, ages 4 to 70, four park days) and print it right now. If you'd rather build your own by hand, there's a free outline at the bottom of this page.

Blank template vs. filled-in itinerary

Blank printable template Filled-in itinerary
What you get Boxes and headings to fill in The finished day, in order
Ride order You decide Already sequenced (big rides early, gentle rides at the same time for the little crew)
Heights and splits You look them up Height minimums on the page, with who's in which sub-crew
Meals and rest You plan them Lunch regroup, midday break and dinner already placed
Lightning Lane You work it out Which passes, which picks, booking date and time
Time to make Hours of research About 2 minutes of input with Queue & Crew

Blank templates are great if you enjoy planning and want a keepsake. A filled-in plan is for groups who'd rather show up with the work done.

What's on a good one-page park day

Here's what our printable pamphlet puts on each day, taken from Day 1 of the sample plan (Hollywood Studios):

  1. Header: crew size, park, the meet spot and time ("Crew of 6 · Meet: front gate 8:15 am").
  2. Each time slot in order, with the ride's minimum height and a one-line reason ("8:30 Slinky Dog Dash (Min 38 in). Early Entry rope drop, while the line is shortest.").
  3. The split block: who's in each sub-crew, by age, and what each does ("Thrill crew (ages 68, 40, 41, 9) … Little crew (ages 4, 70)"), plus where and when they regroup.
  4. Rider Switch notes on rides from Disney's Rider Switch list where someone is too short.
  5. The lunch regroup: the place, a kid-friendly quick-service pick, and when to place the mobile order.
  6. The midday break and when to be back.
  7. Lightning Lane: the Multi Pass picks (following Disney's tier rule), any Single Pass and how many riders need it, the booking date and time, and a cost estimate labeled as an estimate.
  8. Dinner and the evening show, with a reminder to check showtimes in the app on the day.
  9. Small print that matters: Early Entry time vs. official opening, the dining-reservation window, virtual-queue status as of our last check.
  10. A packing checklist (sunscreen, ponchos, chargers, stroller, comfortable shoes, the hotel key for the midday break).

FAQ

Is there a free printable Disney World itinerary?

Yes. Our sample plan is a complete four-day itinerary for a made-up family of six that you can download as a PDF and print for free. There's also a free blank outline on this page you can copy.

What should a Disney World daily itinerary include?

A meet time and place, the rides in order with their height minimums, who does what if the group splits, a lunch regroup spot, a midday break, Lightning Lane bookings and when to make them, dinner, and the evening show. Add the dining-reservation and Lightning Lane booking dates so you don't miss them.

Should I print my Disney World plan or use an app?

Both. You need Disney's My Disney Experience app for Lightning Lane, mobile order and live waits, but a printed page lets grandparents and kids follow the day without a phone. Let one person run the app and give everyone else the paper.

How is a filled-in itinerary different from a blank Disney planner printable?

A blank printable is a template you complete yourself. A filled-in itinerary already has the ride order, the splits by height, meals, rest breaks and Lightning Lane picks worked out for your group's ages and dates.

Can I edit or reprint my Queue & Crew itinerary?

You can refresh each day the night before with "Refresh for tomorrow," which rebuilds the plan against our latest ride status, and then print the updated pamphlet. If you have questions about changes, email hello@queueandcrew.com.
